We strongly advise you to arrange for delivery to a work or business address.

This will reduce both the delivery time and shipping complications. All Orders Will Require

Q: What Do I Do When The Truck Arrives?

 

Delivery Drivers Are Not Responsible

For Unloading Your Order. Packages Will Be Placed On The Tailgate Of The Truck.

If Your Order Is Unable To Be Delivered To Your Home You are

responsible for Picking Up Your Order from the Nearest terminal.

The trucking company will usually call you to arrange delivery of the items.

 

Q: My Boxes Have Been Damaged In Shipment?

 

We are not responsible for damaged, lost, misdirected, or stolen merchandise.

Always inspect your order and have the driver note any damages

on the delivery receipt BEFORE signing.

Forward any such information to us so we can assist you in making

Once your order is placed in the possession of the shipping carrier, ownership passes to you.

DO NOT ORDER FIREWORKS IF THERE IS ANY CHANCE YOU MAY

you have all necessary permits.

It is then your responsibility, not that of Overstock Central Fireworks,

to ensure that you can legally possess these fireworks.

People not having permits where required run the risk

of fines and/or confiscation of fireworks without any recourse to us or the shipping company.

 

Q: Your Products Caused Damage Or

Harm To My Person and/or Property....

 

We are not responsible for the use,misuse or malfunction of our merchandise.

Any injuries or such that may occur are not our responsibility.We recommend a safe distance of at least 75'-100' radius clear of people and property when using fireworks.
