Q: How long will it take for my order to reach me?

A: Shipping Fireworks is delicate and highly regulated. Zones 1, 2, and 3 should expect a minimum of 7-10 business days. Zones 4 and 5 should expect 10-15 business days. We always recommend curbside-pickup for those within a reasonable driving distance from our location in Indiana.

 

Non-hazmat items generally take 3-7 business days for all Zones.

 

Q: Do you have a minimum order requirement?

A: No... All orders containing actual fireworks that are under $200 will will be charged the full rate of shipping/freight upon checkout. Orders between $200.01 and $499.99 will be charged shipping as listed on the above shipping map, and all orders over $499.99 ship for free*.

*Orders to Zone 5 (WA, ID, MT, and WY) do not receive free shipping due to the excessive cost to ship to this region. The fee for this Zone is $200 no matter the size of the order.

 

Q: Do you take orders over the phone?

A: No, but we can provide assistance if you are experiencing issues 574-742-8164

 

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?

A: Authorize.net is our website processor and accepts all major credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.

 

Q: What states do you ship to?

A: We ship fireworks to all states except the following... CA, DE, NV, AK, HI, NJ, NY, OR, RI, VT, MA, TN, OH and Washington D.C. For those of you that are located in the above states we can only ship items from this category to you >>>>https://ocfireworks.com/low-cost-shipping/

-We cannot ship to APO/FPO or P.O. Boxes.

Q: I live in an area not accessible with Large Trucks?

A: All fireworks are shipped via common carrier (Tractor Trailer or Large Box Truck) to your home or business. Your Ship to location must be able to accept freight shipments. We strongly advise you to arrange for delivery to a work or business address. This will reduce both the delivery time and shipping complications. All orders will require an adult signature for acceptance of your orders and in some cases your I.D must be present.

 

Q: What do I do when the truck arrives?

A: Delivery drivers are not responsible for unloading your order. Packages will be placed on the tailgate of the truck. If you need the cartons lowered down from the back of the truck you must select the optional (Liftgate Delivery Service) that is available to you at the time of checking out. If your order is unable to be delivered to your home, you are responsible for picking up your order from the nearest terminal. The trucking company will call you 24 - 48 hours ahead of time to schedule your delivery using the phone number you provide during the checkout process.

 

Q: My boxes have been damaged in shipment?

A: We are not responsible for damage, lost, misdirected, or stolen merchandise. Always inspect your order and have the driver note any damages on the delivery receipt before signing. If you did not note the damage with the driver, it will be up to you to contact the carrier and open/file a claim.

 

Q: I need my order before July 4th? Can you guarantee a delivery date?

A: We are unable to guarantee a delivery date and will make every attempt to ship your order in time for delivery before the July 4th holiday. When placing your order, please allow enough time for any unforeseen delays in processing, transit, and delivery. In most cases, orders take 7-10 business days for delivery. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ORDERS THAT ARRIVE AFTER ANY SPECIFIC DATE.

 

Q: I placed an order a few days ago and decided to cancel the order?

A: Once your order is placed in the possession of the shipping carrier, ownership passes to you. Once your fireworks have been shipped, they can NEVER be returned. Do not order fireworks if there is any chance you may not want them when they arrive. All sales are final.

 

Q: I am not sure of the fireworks laws in my area? You ship to my state so they must be legal?

A: To avoid confiscation or possible fines, make sure that fireworks are legal in your state. Neither Overstock Central Fireworks nor the shipping companies know all of the exact county or local laws for your state and are not responsible for the use of our merchandise.

 

Q: Are fireworks legal in my state?

A: You may want to consult with the state, county or local officials in the area that you will be shooting fireworks. Even in states where fireworks are permitted, certain counties and cities may have additional restrictions. Your local fire department will usually be aware of local firework laws in your area. Note that in many areas it is illegal to shoot fireworks unless you have a permit. Please consult with your local officials in order to obtain a permit. When you agree to our Purchasing and Hold Harmless Agreement you are stating that you have all necessary permits. It is your responsibility, not that of Overstock Central Fireworks, to ensure that you can legally possess these fireworks. People not having permits where required run the risk of fines and/or confiscation of fireworks without any recourse to us or the shipping company.

 

Q: Your products caused damage or harm to my person and/or property?

A: We are not responsible for the use, misuse, confiscation or malfunction of our merchandise. Any injuries or such that may occur are not our responsibility. We recommend a distance of at least 125' to 150' radius clear of people and property when using fireworks. Please remember that fireworks are fun, but they are not toys. If you are in doubt or have a question about the use or function of any of our products, please contact us before use. We are very knowledgeable of the use of our products.
